Which states do you currently cover?

Is Realnator a Title Company or Brokerage?
No. Realnator is an AI Transaction Coordinator. We do not handle escrow, hold money, give legal advice, or list properties. We replace the manual coordination work between an executed contract and closing.
What does Realnator NOT do?
We do not list properties, negotiate price, recommend specific lenders or title companies, or give legal or financial advice. We coordinate the closing process — deadlines, communication, document tracking, and escalation.
How does the 15-day free trial work?
Click any plan's button to start. No credit card required. You get full access to your tier for 15 days. After the trial ends, you choose to subscribe or your in-progress transactions pause until you do.
What if I exceed my concurrent transaction limit?
You will not be able to start a new transaction until one of your active ones closes. Upgrade in Settings → Billing to add concurrent slots, or contact us for a custom plan if you regularly run more.
Can my client message Realnator directly?
Yes. Realnator handles routine client communications in your tone, and escalates anything off-script — legal questions, emotional concerns, deal disputes — to you immediately via the channel you have configured.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing. Your in-progress transactions finish out the period and you will not be billed again.
