Terms of Use

Last updated June 7, 2026 · Texas private alpha

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Realnator (the “Service”), an AI transaction-coordination tool for licensed real estate professionals. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. Realnator is currently offered as a private alpha in Texas and is provided on an “as is” basis.

1. Eligibility

The Service is intended for licensed real estate agents and brokers. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Realnator complies with your license obligations, your brokerage’s policies, and applicable state and federal law, including TREC rules in Texas.

2. Not legal, financial, or brokerage advice

Realnator automates reminders, drafts communications, and tracks deal deadlines. It does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice and is not a substitute for the professional judgment of a licensed agent. You remain solely responsible for every communication sent and every decision made on a transaction, including those drafted or scheduled by the AI. Always review AI-generated content before it is relied upon.

3. Your content and accounts

You retain ownership of the contracts, documents, and data you upload. You grant Realnator a limited license to process that content solely to operate the Service on your behalf. You are responsible for the accuracy of uploaded documents and for safeguarding your account credentials.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no uploading content you lack the right to share, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, and no use that violates fair-housing, anti-spam, or consumer-protection laws. We may suspend accounts that put the Service or other users at risk.

5. Alpha disclaimer & limitation of liability

As an alpha product, the Service may contain errors, change without notice, or experience downtime. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Realnator disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed deadlines or lost transactions. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Service.

6. Changes & contact

We may update these terms as the product matures; material changes will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page.
