Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Realnator collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Realnator web app and related services during our Texas private alpha.
1. Information we collect
Account data: your name, email, brokerage, and the state/side preferences you set during onboarding. Transaction data: the contracts and documents you upload and the deal-flow stages, dates, and notes generated from them. Communications: the inbound and outbound emails and messages Realnator processes to coordinate a transaction. Usage data: standard logs and device information used to operate and secure the Service.
2. How we use it
We use your information to extract contract fields, schedule reminders, draft and send transaction communications on your behalf, surface escalations, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the contents of your transactions to target advertising.
3. AI processing
Document extraction and message drafting use OCR and large-language-model providers operating under contractual confidentiality. Content is sent to these processors only as needed to perform the requested task. We do not authorize processors to use your transaction content to train their own general models.
4. Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the platform (hosting, database, email delivery, AI extraction), and when required by law. These providers are bound to use the data solely to provide their service to us.
5. Retention & security
We retain transaction data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Uploaded PDFs are deduplicated by cryptographic hash and stored on access-controlled infrastructure. Transport is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data with reasonable safeguards.
6. Your choices
You can update your profile in Settings at any time. To export or delete your account data, email us from the address on file and we will action the request within a reasonable period. Terminated transactions are removed from your active workspace and can be purged on request.
